Erik Odsell - Human

The newest submission comes to us from Erik Odsell & Morten Kjær and is entitled "Human". I have to say, this is one of the strangest concepts for a music video I've ever seen. The song itself delivers a message about people losing their humanity and recognition of others' humanity due to dogma and it comes off as a plea to society to just remember we're all in this together. If they ever remake the film Lord of The Flies, Erik Odsell would be the adult at the end that stops the children from destroying their paradise because of political power lust. The music itself is hard to classify within any specific genre. I could see this song being used in a television commercial and becoming one of those songs that everyone just kinda vaguely remembers and knows. Be sure to visit https://erikodsell.com/bio/ to learn more about Erik Odsell.

LADI ANNE - New Renaissance (Official Video)

This Submission comes from LADI ANNE and is entitled "New Renaissance". It's a complex song about current events and remaining positive in the face of adversity and global confusion. The music itself is very minimalist and LADI ANNE'S vocals provide a good contrast to the music itself while urging listeners to "Turn off the news." Which is probably a great suggestion for many people nowadays with all of the politics, terror and natural disasters in the world flooding our news and social media. LADI ANNE is basically campaigning for world peace with this song and it's worth a listen, so enjoy and be sure to follow LADI ANNE on Instagram @ https://www.instagram.com/ladi.anne/

(Gary Russell Wertz) GRW "GREEN LIGHTS" feat. Junior Toots

Within the first few seconds of listening to this song by Gary Russell Wertz (GRW), I thought, 'Crap, I'm not qualified to review country music' But then the song just got better and more relatable. This is one of the more promising submissions I've recieved. I'm genuinely impressed. I was expecting it to be hokey and twangy but as the music progresses it morphs into a total reggae country fusion jam and it's all positivity. After reading GRW's bio I realized where he was coming from in his music production and style. This guy was a New York Punk Rock kid that played his first gig at the legendary CBGB at the age of 14! This song has left me absolutely no room for a negative review. The visuals are great, the lyrics are great, the production is great and it's catchy as hell. This is a hit. I'm so glad I woke up this morning with this song in my emails waiting to be reviewed. Kahlil Nash Featuring Johaz and Tony Da Skitzo - I Can't Breathe

This submission comes from Kahlil Nash Featuring Johaz and Tony Da Skitzo and is Entitled: "I Can't Breath". It's a timely protest song that speaks on social isolation, police brutality and living in modern America from a Black man's perspective. The song is catchy and well-produced. Nash's androgynous voice and looks give the song a 1980's vibe to the video. The message of the song is topical and powerful, whether or not the song will have any staying power after the news cycle moves on from George Floyd protests is to be seen but overall I think this is a fine example of how the pen can be mightier than the sword when it comes to addressing the misjustice and ills of society. Doc Jazz- Twenty Twenty

This submission comes to us from the artist Doc Jazz and the video concept is very cool a miniature dancer appears from inside of a delivery and dances all throughout the length of the video to the song 'Twenty Twenty', an uptempo modern Jazz song with a catchy Saxophone riff that will stay stuck in your head all day. This is just a cool video with a cool concept. I like it, great submission, great video, great song. Doc Jazz- Twenty Twenty, check it out.

SENOR DOLOR - kurzajivite

Yeah, i honestly don't even know what to say about this submission from Senor Dolor. I've never heard or seen anything like this. If anything he just created a whole new genre with this. If I were to give the genre a name, I'd call it "gutteral" almost like Mongolian throat singing and a demonic exorcism of some sort. I think this guy is from somewhere in East Europe from the sound of the language and name. There's no real melody in this music it's more of just an overall dark energy. I can't say it's bad. I think this has massive potential.

Pivotal Awakening - Soulblind

This is what Christian music should sound like. It's not preachy or luke warm. It has soul and a meaning in the lyrics, it's a testimony. Listening to this I could actually enjoy this on a personal level and it doesn't hurt that the woman singing is pretty easy to look at either. This is a hit.

Fuck You COVID 19 - Cool Ass (Official Music Video)

This is just a good song, great video concept Cool Ass chose to make their video interactive by featuring their fans from all over in their video and there's really nothing to not like about this. Great song, great video, great submission. And I agree, Fuck Covid 19. There, I said it, now you say it, it feels good. Learn more about Cool Ass by visiting https://coolass.tv/

Paolo Virdis -"Rimango Qui ( I Stay Here)"

Here we have another submission by Techno producer Paolo Virdis entitled "Rimango Qui ( I Stay Here)" Paolo is an interesting artist his videos take a minimalist approach to visuals in exchange for an emphasis on the music itself. While I don't feel very qualified to critique techno music, I think Paolo has a genuine talent for producing good songs that would be guaranteed to move crowds. Give this on a listen and feel free to post your own thoughts on Paolo's music in the comments.

Paolo Virdis - Abisso (Abyss)

Underground Techno artist Paolo Virdis has submitted this techno track for inclusion on The Frizzo Show and the song is a high-energy, staccato tempo electronic Techno beat coupled with a repeating image of an eye with a geometric pattern that continues to exit from the pupil. While the symbology behind the video escapes me, the music itself is a great example of classic Techno and seems to be well received by Paolo's fanbase EDM is a popular genre and this track is a prime candidate for success within the EDM world. Be sure to visit Paolo Virdis' YouTube channel and subscribe to stay up to date on this EDM producer's latest releases.

Less Love - Snow White Trash

I wasn't knowing what to expect from this video submission when I first saw it. The entire video is just a rainbow colored Gecko with the song Less Love by Snow White Trash being played in the background. It's not bad but it's not good either. It seems like just a quick stock footage video submission put together for the sake of having something online. The song falls under the hard rock category and the lyrics are difficult to hear over lack of EQ and proper levels in the final mix. I think Snow White trash has potential with their music but at this time I think there's a lot of room for progression.

Auto-Pilot Casio Days

This song submission by the band Auto-pilot entitled Casio Days is a song from the album "Freak Electric" by Auto-Pilot about being nostalgic for a time that seems to be somewhere within the 1970's to late '80's. The video accompanying the song features a family enjoying a simple day out as the singer longs for those "Casio Days".. This is catchy electronic music with great lyrics. This is good driving music. The aesthetic of the video along with the music makes for a great video submission. I look forward to hearing more from Auto-Pilot

YOVANNI - Perfect Crime

The next submission comes from an artist named Yovanni and it's an interesting video for sure. Upon first viewing I was caught off guard by the erotic S&M imagery and the falsetto lyrics coming from a guy that looks like a mix between Ron Jeremy and Ghandi singing about being sexually used and treated like a side piece. It's not really my kinda music but it's well produced and kinda has a Prince vibe to it. I get the feeling Yovanni is holding back with his singing skills and the song could use more energy. I truthfully don't see this going very far but I'm always happy to receive submissions and being given the opportunity to hear new music. Yovanni is for the freaks, give it a listen.

Andrej - Hey Beautiful

This Submission comes from Andrej Lazarević. It's a strange mix of Eurocentric interpretive dance for visuals and pop music with love song lyrics. It seems like it may do well with a mainstream crowd and song itself is pretty damn marketable. I think it's a decent submission for the show and I'm pleased to have been given opportunity to hear it. You can find out more about Andrej's music by visiting his social media at: - Facebook: fb.com/andrejsound -Instagram: instagram.com/andrejsounds

Jaymrock - J&B

This submission for The Frizzo Show comes from Jaymrock. It's an original mix of neo soul and trap music, it's different. I can see this gaining mass momentum and catching on. The audio itself could use some professional mixing and mastering but the overall vibe of the video screams Hit single! Keep an eye out for Jaymrock. Johnny the Hobby Artist - Planet Suicide

Johnny the Hobby Artist has submitted his song Planet Suicide" for inclusion on the The Frizzo Show. It's a strange mix of Rap Lyrics and electronic music production. The message in the music is great material to ruminate on and consider in depth, amid the negative message of it being "the end of the world" Johnny The Hobby Artist throws a shout out to Tyler Perry for becoming successful by means of entertainment. I don't see this song having much mass appeal but It's not bad for an independent, self-proclaimed, "Hobby Artist". I look forward to hearing more from Johnny the Hobby Artist.

Andrew Vogt - Awakening (ft. Sam Trump & Jeff Swanson) | Form Chicago

The latest submission for The Frizzo Show comes from Andrew Vogt in Chicago Ill. This is lounge music. The video itself is a perfect example of minimalist production and simplicity. A horn, a bass and a cello, so simple, so good. I can easly see this song being used in film or television. This is the kinda music you put on a crackling record player on a Sunday morning while drinking coffee. I dig it. Good stuff, thank you Mr. Vogt.

Cosmic Punch - The Club of Nerd Dads

This submission is sweet. What's cooler than a middle-aged Star Wars Nerd making a music video about being a dad with his kids? The Guitar riffs aren't bad either. This guy can play. And with almost 10,00 plays on youtube, I'd say he's onto something. I like it, good stuff.

The Silver Bayonets - Awake

The Silver Bayonets are a London-based rock band whose loud rock guitars blend with vocal harmonies and pop hooks to produce melodic, often anthemic, and very addictive power pop. Fronting the group on guitar and lead vocals is songwriter Kabir Sheikh, and features Gen Ding (guitar), Ross Guy (bass) and Enzo Cuticchia (drums), all of whom add backing vocals. Their self-recorded debut album 'The Pain Inside Your Head' (2015) received radio airplay and great reviews in the indie music press. They enlisted producer Dave Draper (The Wildhearts, Terrorvision, Kerbdog) to create the follow-up, 'Braveface' (2018), and their third album, 'Unfolding' (2020). “Awake”, the first single from 'Unfolding', received airplay on BBC Introducing in May 2020. Live and in-studio sessions have been recorded for Stag Radio at the University of Surrey and Croydon Radio, and the band have been heavily featured on Phoenix FM in Essex. A live set in 2016 was also recorded for TV broadcast across Europe. Gigs at London’s best unsigned nights at the Camden Assembly, Amersham Arms, Nightclub Kolis and Fest, alongside appearances at Camden Rocks Festival in 2018 and 2019 have built a reputation for intense live shows that sees them mentioned as highlights of the nights and festivals they play, playing to a steadily increasing fanbase. The band have recently contributed to, and been credited on Ginger Wildheart’s (The Wildhearts) latest solo album “Headzapoppin”. 2020 sees the band releasing a steady flow of 9 brand new tracks which together form the ‘story arc’/concept album “Unfolding” to be released as the band’s third full studio album. Frizzo's Review: This song juxtaposes an uptempo Rock melody with some very depressing lyrics about negative rumination and insomnia. Kabir Sheikh sounds like he's using his music as a cathartic release for the sake of his own therapy. It's a good song, I think a lot of people plagued with the curse of overthinking can relate to this. It's a great song for driving. I see a lot of potential here with the Silver Bayonets, I'd keep an ear on these guys if I were you.

CRUEL SUMMER - FOULDZY/ Parmy Dhillon

Official music video for CRUEL SUMMER from FOULDZY and Parmy Dhillon Recorded, mixed and mastered at ELECTRIC CIRCUS STUDIOS Music video: ELECTRIC CIRCUS RECORDS Label: ELECTRIC CIRCUS RECORDS ollow FOULDZY on: Spotify: FOULDZY Facebook: FOULDZY Insta: fouldzymusic Follow Parmy Dhillon on: Spotify: Parmy Dhillon Facebook: Parmy Dhillon Insta: Parmy Dhillon This Submission from FOULDZY/ Parmy Dhillon of Electric Circus Records is a visual treat, but musically it's flat and evokes no emotion whatsoever. The video strikes me as a musical collective comprised of video game nerds in their mid-30's from the Anglo diaspora finally getting together after years of bong rips and Guinness at house parties in New Zealand got old and one of them said..."Hey, dude...we should start a band...I could totally make a cool video and we might get rich and party forever" It's cool, I have friends like this, it's harmless, it's nerdy. It's just not what their parents had hoped for, I'm sure. Truthfully if I wanted to listen to a group of stoners making music I would listen to Three Loco or The Chinchillionaires
